4️Property Buying And Selling

The initial, first milestone for property investment is set at 21 million USD market cap. Further milestones will be defined together with the Governance community. At the first milestone 1 bRWA token is valued at 1 USD. Upon reaching this milestone, bRWA tokens will be gradually released in smaller quantities (maximum 1000 tokens per single sale) in order to establish the BTC fund for the acquisition of the first properties. Calculated with this market cap, the "Property Investment" fund is estimated to be worth around 500,000 USD.

Each property transaction, including acquisitions and dispositions, will be carried out by the named technical project manager. As the Founder, I suggest executing it under private ownership, registered in compliance with the laws of the country where the property investment takes place. Properties shall be strategically located in regions with potential for sustained appreciation, such as capital cities, seaside, or lakeside areas. Tax obligations will be conscientiously fulfilled in accordance with the applicable laws of the respective country where the property and technical project manager reside.

The owned properties, specifically apartments, shall be made available for renting. The Agent assumes responsibility for maintaining the properties and overseeing their operation during the property investment cycle (sub-project).
